Welcome to VC Wear
VC Wear makes trendy tees for VCs (and those, who *cough* like to play nice with them).
Our American Apparel shirts are made of 100% cotton, and our inks are made from recycled, shredded, tear filled term sheets.
Click around,
we hope you buy 3. Chanel your inner VC.
And remember to read our
VC Pitch Here (just 10 slides). We just need 1% of VCs with torsos to buy our shirts, and then we would be set.

Please forgive me Lord, for I have gone down on the type of place I would never think to go down on.
A road filled with VC’s. I went down, got back up, and feel stronger.
Please forgive me.
(Need to know what this ‘funding’ thing is about? Click Here). This shirt will go on sale for $25 with free shipping once funded.

This site started out as a joke.
Really it did. We built it on a plane and launched it on twitter. That is it.
48k uniques later, we sit having sold 18 shirts at the $100 level and almost 100 at the $25 level.
Someone asked us if this was our dream come true. No. It was our joke that came true. We are now signing a deal with a distributor to make sure that we are no longer making lunchtime runs to the post office and to ensure the quality of the orders. Look for posters, cards, calendars, and perhaps even a coffee mug. Our joke is all grows up.
We are now opening up the “Fund This Shirt” button on each page. What does this get you? From our “Fund a Shirt” page:
Now you can experience the thrill and excitement of funding the “next big thing”. Choose the shirt with the most promising prospects to fund. Hurry, it’s an exclusive engagement, so fund your favorite shirt before someone else does.
$500 gets you:
• Your shirt “made” and will be available for sale to everyone at $25
• 40% of all future revenue from your shirt ($10/shirt)
• Your name/company info and “message to the world” on the shirt page
• The shirt you chose to fund
• Bonus “iFunded this shirt (over your startup)” shirt
We launched this early this week and already 3 have been funded. We will be posting more information about this, but be sure to fund them quick, they will go fast.

At VC Wear we’ve just launched the most brilliantist(TM) idea EVAR. Since the first rule of branding is “Be everything to everyone” we are leveraging the VC Wear brand into… Startup Wear!

Ever feel like an exploding twitter bird? I thought this whole microblogging in 140 chars or less was supposed to reduce information overload. I’m looking at you Scoble and Jason Calcanis!

Orly?

Get your sharpie out. Handing out business cards is weaksauce. Get more eyeballs by wearing this shirt

Show the world that you’re up to here with these damn credits cards. Unless you’re lucky to be funded cause you’re chummy with investors you’ve probably incurred credit card debt. A lot of it!

We all know projections are BS - But everyone pretends like they know what they’re doing and all believe that they’ll make $100M.

A good entrepreneur puts his business over all other forms of life including girlfriends, boyfriends, mothers, fathers, aunts, uncles, brothers, sisters, acquaintances and the shady guy that sells Rolex’s on the corner. Now you can take tally of that!
UPDATE
This was an April Fools joke. They were designed by someone else.

Wearing his “Don’t Pitch Me Bro” shirt.
9 March, 2008 at 4:20 pm
So Kathy Sierra, a hero of mine, just brought up the “Fuck It I’ll Fund It” shirt onstage, and Vangercheck was up there too wearing the “Don’t Pitch Me Bro.”
Everyone wants them, so we are putting on a SXSW special, $25 a shirt. That is 75% off, or over 75,000 pennies off of the normal price for the two shirts.
Use “SXSW” in the checkout for these shirts and we will send you one.
